Hickory nuts are among the best nuts to eat, and they make a lot of nuts in a mast year! They are huge, beautiful and long lived trees. Different species can candle different soil types, Some of the nuts are HUGE! I will be growing a lot more seedlings and grafting some as well. I have an amazing selection of seedlings grown from nuts collected at really great orchards- John Hershey, John Gordon, Parker Coble , Ted Danieki, and others.
